    • We advised a joint-venture of a renowned German and Austrian construction company regarding real estate and construction matters, including the representation in court proceedings and arbitrations before the Vienna International Arbitral Centre.
    • We further advise the owner of a large office and retail building in Bratislava on various aspects of real estate law and lease matters, including the preparation of sample lease agreements and representation in court proceedings involving amounts in millions.
    • We have advised on a long-term basis one of the largest Austrian wood processing company on its business activities in Slovakia, including the purchase and sale of forest land, the establishment of joint-ventures with local partners and representation in legal disputes and tax matters.
    • We provide comprehensive legal services to a Slovak company in the field of the construction and operation of large billboards (bigboards) regarding real estate and construction matters, including the representation in legal disputes against competitors.

    • We held a seminar on anti-trust and competition rules for the Slovak affiliate of a renowned international producer of candies.
    • We provided immediate on-site legal consultancy during a “dawn-raid” of the Slovak anti-monopoly authority at the premises of a leading producer of construction materials, including advice on further steps to be taken in this respect.
    • We advised a leading producer of household appliances on its special arrangements with its business partner in Slovakia (which was partly a competitor on the Slovak market) with regard to the valid competition regulations.

    • For a Slovak Private Equity group we establish a company with a financial broker licence, including the representation in licencing proceedings and the structuring of contracts with business partners.
    • We provided advice to a known Slovak bank regarding the enforcement of indemnification claims against a former business partner, including the assessment of aspects linked to the law of Liechtenstein.
    • We advised a Slovak company in a major dispute against a renowned Slovak bank regarding the breach of the bank´s account administration duties.
    • We prepared new sample credit documentation for a State institution established for the support of housing development.
    • We advised a renowned international insurance company at the assessment of the duty to pay an insurance premium in millions due to an incident abroad.

    • We represented a global pharmaceutical company with the assertion of its claims against a wholesaler during a restructuring proceeding.
    • We provided legal advice to a leading German producer of welding equipment with the enforcement of its claims against a Slovak distribution company in bankruptcy.
    • For the owner of a large office and retail building in Bratislava we assessed the possibilities of challenging the legal actions of one lessee who had caused extensive damage.
